Reindeer in May

One of the greatest things about being a mom is that there is never, NEVER a dull moment in my house.

Even the most boring of car rides can turn into a giggle fest...

This is the Mohawk Monster's "reindeer" look.  We're not sure why the antler's are on his cheeks.  Perhaps some form of image dysmorphia?  

Five minutes later, I looked back and he still had the antlers up... on his cheeks... as he solemnly looked out the window.  The antlers remained until we got home.

And in case you are wondering, the kiddos had turned into "reindeer" while I had briefly stepped out of the car to talk to a friend.  I came back to the passenger seat to find The Husband smirking while Christmas music blasted from the CD player in the car.  It was one of those times I chose to not even ask.

We all have to pick our battles at some point, no?
